Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician for technical support, installation, configuration, maintenance, application development, and database administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-user technical support (hardware and software) and troubleshooting. 2. Development and maintenance of applications/scripts for automation. 3. Collaboration on internal technology projects and customer assistance. **Garín Etiquetas**, a Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing of self-adhesive, white, and printed labels, as well as consumables, and offering technical support services for barcode printing equipment, is seeking a **Systems Technician**. ***Responsibilities:*** * Provide end-user technical support (hardware and software). * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, networks, and systems. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Develop and maintain applications or scripts (process automation). * Administer basic databases. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Document procedures, incidents, and solutions. * Support information security (backups, antivirus, access control). * Collaborate on internal technology projects. * Provide online and on-site customer assistance (local and remote). * Develop internal applications, systems, or tools. * Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. *Skills and Competencies* * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. * Conflict resolution. * Teamwork skills. * Attention to detail. * Computer proficiency. * Organized. * Responsible. *Required Qualifications* * **Valid driver's license (standard) required** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position * **Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field** * **Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.** * **Proficiency in programming languages required (**Python, Java, JavaScript, C\# or similar**)** *What We Offer* * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **Gross Salary:** $10,200 monthly * Bi-weekly payments * Ongoing training * Work location: Tezozómoc, Recursos Hidráulicos, Tultitlán, State of México If you meet the profile, please share your updated CV through this channel.
