




Paint Advisor Provide professional service and technical advice to customers in the sale of paint, sealants, and waterproofing products for facades and surfaces in general, ensuring a satisfactory purchasing experience, increasing sales, and guaranteeing correct product application according to customer needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve and advise customers at the counter or on-site regarding paint, coatings, sealants, and waterproofing products. * Identify customer needs (surface type, climate, desired finish, budget) and recommend suitable products. * Prepare quotations, process orders, and conduct post-sale follow-up. * Maintain updated product displays, pricing, and labeling. * Participate in physical inventory counts and stock control. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for material delivery or restocking. * Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal campaigns. * Report incidents, returns, and customer complaints. * Achieve company-established sales targets. * Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the sales area. **Education:** * Completed high school or technical degree (preferably in construction, coatings, or related field). **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year** selling paints, sealants, waterproofing products, or construction finishing materials. * Basic knowledge of **paint types (vinyl, acrylic, enamel)**, **sealants**, and **waterproofing systems for facades**. * Experience in customer service, quoting, and counter or field operations. **Skills and Competencies** * Clear and persuasive communication. * Active listening and customer orientation. * Technical product knowledge. * Responsibility and honesty. **Position Conditions** * **Schedule:** Full-time (according to branch hours). * **Contract Type:** Indefinite Position type: Full-time Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract Work Location: On-site
