We are seeking a General Physician with leadership experience to join our clinic in the Aguascalientes area, in-person modality. Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive primary-level medical care to patients in the clinic. Creating and managing electronic clinical records. Coordinating community health informative and preventive strategies. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuous improvement in medical care. Requirements: Medical degree and professional license. Experience in general medicine and personnel management. Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Service-oriented attitude and commitment to high-quality medical care. Benefits: Net monthly salary of $15,000 Paid training. $1,500 bonus at 45 and 90 days Attendance bonus of $1,300 starting from the 4th month Statutory benefits from day one.
