Location: Pesquería, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Minimum university-level education with degree. * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Corrective and preventive maintenance. * General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. * Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeter, pressure gauges, PLCs, etc.). * Knowledge of maintenance for motors, gearboxes, belts, sensors, etc. * Basic familiarity with maintenance management systems (desirable). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Job Responsibilities** * **Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans** for machinery, equipment, and facilities. * **Track work orders**, documenting response times, identified failures, and actions taken. * **Monitor basic operating conditions** of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. * **Assist in diagnosing mechanical or electrical failures**, under supervision of the responsible engineer. * **Conduct routine inspections** to detect potential anomalies or deviations in critical equipment. * **Manage inventory of spare parts and tools**, ensuring proper usage and availability. * **Document all maintenance activities** in the internal system (logbooks, maintenance software, or ERP). * **Collaborate on continuous improvement projects**, focused on increasing efficiency or reducing machine downtime. * **Apply industrial safety standards**, ensuring all work is performed under safe conditions. * **Provide technical support to operational staff** when minor technical issues arise.
