Job stability We Are Seeking a Store Assistant Guadalajara, Jalisco Retail | Department Stores A leading international retail company is looking for **Store Assistants** for our branches in Guadalajara. If you are interested in joining a dynamic team with growth opportunities and job stability, this opportunity is for you. **Job Objective** ----------------------- Provide comprehensive support for the store’s daily operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, proper merchandise display, and compliance with operational standards. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Customer service and assistance. * Merchandise arrangement and restocking. * Loading and unloading of boxes and products. * Inventory support. * Cleaning and organizing the sales floor and warehouse. * Cashier support when required. * Meeting operational goals and guidelines. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education (mandatory). * Flexible availability (rotating shifts). * Students are not eligible for hire. * Experience in retail or department stores (preferred but not mandatory). * Good physical condition (operational work involving handling merchandise). * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Age 18–50 years. **Schedules** ------------ Work schedule: **5 days per week with 2 days off**. Rotating shifts: * Opening shift: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (2 days; 3 days until 5:00 p.m.) * Closing shift: 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. ✔ 1-hour lunch break ✔ Additional 15-minute rest break **We Offer** ------------- * Weekly payment (every Friday, no probationary week). * Approximate gross weekly income of $2,700 (includes base salary, food vouchers, and bonuses). * Weekly food vouchers. * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus. * Weekly transportation bonus. * Quarterly goal-achievement bonus. * Retention bonus for the first 6 months. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund: 5%. * Life insurance. * Growth opportunities in new openings scheduled for 2026.
