Chapalita Inn We Offer: * Base salary of $15,100 to $20,250 monthly gross, depending on qualifications. * Category advancement: Entry-level, Intermediate, Advanced, and Master (based on theoretical and practical knowledge) * Statutory benefits: INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation, vacation bonus, profit sharing, etc. * Additional online courses (bonus based on approved courses), piece-rate pay according to objective achievement, commissions based on service and parts billing, and category advancement. **Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM** REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20–45 years * Valid driver's license required * Education: minimum junior high school or TSU (related fields: Automotive Mechanics or Machinery) * Minimum 1 year of basic experience in forklift, construction machinery, and/or aerial work platform equipment, subject to evaluation. Key Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts and mini-loaders * Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems * Internal combustion engine mechanics. * Use of parts catalogs. * Ability to handle and interpret service diagrams and manuals * Tool handling * Operations related to equipment servicing * Diesel engine systems
