Diagnostics and troubleshooting (remote and on-site). Network installation and configuration. Technical support to customers. Requirements: Reside in Córdoba. Basic knowledge of networks and printer configuration. Experience in technical support. Customer-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. Experience with Ricoh equipment (preferred).
