Profile Requirements * Academic background as an Electrical Technician or Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related field. Solid technical knowledge in: * Installation and configuration of video surveillance systems (CCTV). * Structured networks: UTP and fiber optic cabling. * Low and medium voltage electrical systems. * Project management methodologies. * Use of planning tools. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating technical projects. * Availability to travel and work on-site when required. Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate the execution of technical projects from initiation to closure. * Supervise on-site work teams and ensure compliance with technical standards. * Develop schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation. * Manage suppliers, contractors, and material resources. * Ensure compliance with electrical and technological safety regulations. * Resolve technical issues and propose improvements in installation processes. * Maintain constant communication with clients and internal departments.
