Do you enjoy coordinating teams, resolving faults, and ensuring quality in every installation? **Then this opportunity is for you!** **What will you do in this position?** Direct on-site supervision * Verify correct execution of FTTH installations (drop, service entrance, wall plate, ONT, splicing, organization, and cleanup). * Ensure technicians meet timelines, quality standards, and client protocols. Route management and productivity * Assign services to technical staff based on zone, workload, and client SLA. * Monitor compliance metrics, timelines, and daily efficiency. Installation quality and fault resolution * Verify optical parameters, signal levels, and proper activation. * Identify common errors and correct them on-site before handover. Coordination and communication * Serve as liaison between technicians, clients, and administrative departments. * Resolve route, material, or fault-related contingencies that may impact service.
