We are seeking a responsible, organized, and results-oriented individual with experience in **administrative collections**, who will actively contribute to the **recovery of overdue accounts** and strengthen control and monitoring processes in mini-warehouse rental operations. The position requires clear communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with **Central Administration and site managers**, ensuring firm, orderly, and policy-aligned collection management. **Responsibilities** * Manage the **recovery of overdue accounts**, primarily from customers with arrears **exceeding 3 months**. * Conduct collection activities via **phone calls, messages, and emails**, maintaining a professional and respectful approach. * Perform **preventive follow-up** on customers at risk of payment delays. * Validate and track **payment receipts**, ensuring their proper application and reconciliation. * Keep customer payment, arrears, and status information up to date. * Coordinate with **site managers** to implement operational actions related to collections (notices, access blocking, follow-up on vacating units). * Follow up on **critical accounts**, warehouse abandonment, or special cases. * Prepare **periodic reports** on overdue accounts, recoveries, and overall status. * Conduct internal operational audits at sites.
