




Position Summary: LG Innotek’s Manufacturing Engineer will ensure production process stability, capacity, and efficiency through analysis, development, and optimization of methods and equipment. Our Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for ensuring production process stability, capacity, and efficiency by analyzing, developing, and optimizing methods, equipment, and operational parameters. Lead and coordinate with the Maintenance department scrap reduction projects, downtime reduction initiatives, and takt time improvement efforts, ensuring proper documentation in quality management systems, statistical process analysis, and joint implementation of engineering changes with the Quality department to guarantee product conformance and compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. . ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Lead and execute **scrap reduction** projects, proposing improvements in process, equipment, methods, and materials. * Analyze process capability using studies such as **Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk**, as well as perform advanced statistical analysis to maintain product quality. * Conduct time and motion studies, proposing actions for **takt time improvement** and production flow optimization. * Document processes, instructions, parameters, and controls in quality management systems according to **IATF 16949, ISO 9001 or other applicable standards**. * Collaborate with the Quality department on **implementation, evaluation, and documentation of engineering changes**, as well as addressing deviations or non-conformities. * Generate and update drawings, process sheets, FMEAs, standard operating procedures, and other required technical documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field * Experience in Manufacturing Systems * **English proficiency level: 80\-85%** * **Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience** * Lean Manufacturing techniques * IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards; interpretation of drawings, manuals, and product specifications; work instructions; production handling; continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, PDCA, 8D, Seven Basic Quality Tools, etc) * Leadership and confidence in decision-making.
