Maintenance Supervisor Your Key Responsibilities * **On-site supervision:** Assign and review daily tasks for the technical team (mechanics, electricians, plumbers). * **Preventive Maintenance:** Ensure strict adherence to the maintenance schedule to avoid unplanned downtime. * **Emergency Response:** Coordinate immediate repair of critical failures (corrective maintenance). * **Spare Parts:** Manage inventory of materials and tools required for repairs. * **Performance Reporting:** Prepare technical reports on machinery condition and work progress. Requirements * **Education:** University Technical Degree (TSU) or incomplete/entry-level Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * **Experience:** 3 years supervising operational staff in maintenance areas. * **Technical Competencies:** Ability to read engineering drawings, interpret single-line diagrams, and use measuring instruments. * Team leadership, assertive communication, and excellent organizational skills.
