We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Tewkesbury, supporting the marketing activities of three innovative businesses within our Motion Control and Automation (MCA) division. In this exciting and varied role, you’ll work closely with divisional marketing managers and business leaders to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that support lead generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement across the region. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. * Create and update content for websites, email campaigns, brochures, social media, and sales materials. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders across the three MCA businesses to support their specific marketing needs. * Track campaign performance and compile reports to measure effectiveness. * Support trade shows, exhibitions, and internal events. * Help manage the CRM and marketing automation tools to maintain data integrity and campaign execution. **About You:** * Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B/technical industry experience is a plus). * A proactive and organised approach with excellent communication skills. * Comfortable working across multiple brands and balancing a variety of tasks. * Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms is desirable. * A passion for technology, engineering, or automation would be advantageous.
