Job Objective: Ensure implementation, monitoring, and achievement of commercial performance indicators by supervised operational staff. Job Responsibilities: * Set performance targets for supervised staff. * Monitor, supervise, and ensure service-level standards. * Prospect and expand our customer base. * Attract and train operational staff. * Analyze route efficiency and generate area reports. Technical Requirements: * 1. Supervision of delivery routes and distribution personnel. * 2. Strategies and actions to achieve commercial objectives. * 3. Valid driver’s license. * 4. Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills. * 5. One year of experience in a similar role managing sales staff, preferably field-based or route-oriented.
