Personnel management and problem resolution **7/24** invites you to join its great team as **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** Conduct branch monitoring with store operators, optimize customer service, manage store operations, and contribute to compliance with established sales standards. * Prepare work schedules, assign staff to shifts, and designate overtime hours when necessary. * Ensure staff adhere to safety guidelines at all times. * Supervise operators to ensure they perform their duties correctly. * Problem resolution. * Must be able to drive a van and hold a Veracruz State Class B driver’s license. * Personnel management. * Ability to work under pressure.
