Supervision and problem resolution **7/24** invites you to join its outstanding team as an **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** Conduct branch monitoring with store operators, optimize customer service, manage store operations, and contribute to meeting established sales standards. * Prepare work schedules, assign staff to shifts, and designate overtime hours when necessary. * Ensure staff consistently follow safety guidelines. * Supervise operators to ensure they perform their duties correctly. * Problem resolution. * Must be able to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Veracruz. * Personnel management. * Ability to work under pressure. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,400.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Sales management: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Motorcycle license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
