Autonomy to execute commercial strategies in the field. **PAYROLL CREDIT MANAGER** At Exitus Credit, we seek field commercial leaders who are results-driven and have proven experience in payroll loan origination. This role is designed for professionals who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and convert objectives into tangible results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute payroll loan origination within the assigned territory. * Manage, activate, and accompany field sales teams. * Drive customer acquisition, deal closing, and loan origination growth. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure monthly branch targets are met. **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in payroll and/or direct-debit loans. * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (e.g., Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of field sales teams. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability for 80% field work. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies. **We Offer** * Base salary: $12,500 to $18,500, negotiable based on experience * Bonuses for goal attainment * Timely payroll payment * Autonomy to execute commercial strategies in the field * A role with high impact on results and professional growth
