Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulations **GASOLINE SECTOR** ***Seeking*** **Vacancy: Service Station Manager (Gas Station)** Location: Puebla, Puebla Position Type: Full-time **Position Description** The Service Station Manager is responsible for the administration, supervision, and control of the station’s overall operations, ensuring achievement of commercial, operational, and financial objectives, as well as compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions. Their primary function is to ensure business operational continuity through appropriate management of human, material, and financial resources, promoting high standards of customer service, safety, and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** \- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operational and administrative activities of the service station. \- Manage and coordinate operational and administrative staff, including training, performance evaluation, and performance monitoring processes. \- Supervise cash handling through cash register closings, cash counts, and reconciliations. \- Control and verify fuel and product inventories, ensuring proper management and safeguarding. \- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. \- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary. \- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities and equipment. \- Address regulatory authority requirements and internal or external audits. \- Prepare and submit operational, administrative, and financial reports. **Requirements** \- Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred). \- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in gas stations, retail, or the energy sector). \- Proven experience managing personnel. \- Knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and administrative reporting. \- Basic proficiency in computer tools (Excel, point-of-sale systems). \- Flexible working hours availability. **Competencies** \- Leadership and decision-making. \- Organization and control. \- Results-oriented. \- Integrity, honesty, and accountability. \- Communication and conflict resolution skills. \- Active listening. **We Offer** \- Starting base salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month. \- Statutory benefits. \- Job stability. \- Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Application** Interested candidates should send an updated CV to: reclutamientogasolmex@gmail.com Subject line: Service Station Manager Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
