Maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with sales forecasts, and supervise and prevent stockouts. * Master statistical data and key indicators for decision-making, generating an action plan to ensure sales and service performance levels. Develop strategies to achieve KPIs based on observation, analysis of customer traffic, business knowledge, and competitor awareness. * Prevent, detect, and minimize fraud cases by maintaining control over assets, inventory, and store image.
