




Position Summary: Design, coordinate, and implement the organization’s comprehensive training and development strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion of e-learning tools and diverse training schemes **Position Objective** Design, coordinate, execute, and monitor the organization’s comprehensive training and development strategy, ensuring compliance with the Annual Training Program, training needs identification, internal talent development, and adherence to applicable regulations before STPS, SIRCE, and the Joint Training, Skills Development, and Productivity Commission. Experience: * Training Needs Assessment (TNA) * Design and implementation of the Annual Training Program * Development and administration of the training matrix * Onboarding and integration processes for newly hired personnel * Coordination of the Joint Training, Skills Development, and Productivity Commission * Compliance with STPS / SIRCE requirements * Development of internal trainers * Qualification of operational staff (ILUO or similar schemes) * Monitoring of training KPIs, training hours, budget, and training effectiveness * Implementation of e-learning initiatives and development plans **Main Functions** * Conduct and coordinate the TNA to identify knowledge gaps and training needs aligned with business objectives * Design and implement the Annual Training Program, ensuring coverage, monitoring, and compliance * Administer the training matrix by position, department, and organizational level * Coordinate onboarding and integration of newly hired personnel to facilitate their effective transition into their roles * Ensure legal and documentary compliance regarding training before STPS / SIRCE * Coordinate and formalize the Joint Training, Skills Development, and Productivity Commission * Develop and monitor internal trainers, strengthening the company’s internal training capacity * Implement and supervise operational staff qualification processes, such as ILUO or equivalent schemes * Monitor departmental KPIs, including training hours, plan compliance, budget, and effectiveness * Measure training outcomes, including impact on performance and ROI * Promote e-learning tools and delivery formats—face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid * Design and monitor development plans to strengthen talent and foster internal growth **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday One Saturday every 6 weeks, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. **Benefits** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements 26-day year-end bonus Savings fund Vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Flexible working hours * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
