Req ID: 76506 **Description** --------------- Responsible for maintaining production equipment in operational condition and promptly informing the platform lead engineer of any failures that may jeopardize production continuity. **Responsibilities** -------------------- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.**Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------- Responsible, organized, and eager to learn technologies. Computer equipment proficiency for report generation. Ability to detect technical faults in equipment. Ability to handle mechanical tools. Proficiency in using measurement instruments — MULTIMETERS and VERNIERS. Basic knowledge of cutting mechanisms using saws. Knowledge of sensors. Basic knowledge of vision systems. Basic knowledge and proficiency in computer equipment and mechanical tools.
