Req ID: 76952 **Description** --------------- Responsible for keeping production equipment operational and continuously monitoring maintenance-related metrics such as Downtime, Yield, etc. Development of improvement projects, as well as leadership capability to manage an area and coordinate personnel assigned to it. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Prepare and submit daily reports of relevant activities. Conduct shift handover, reporting pending tasks. Coordinate with the manufacturing team on key priorities. Analyze recurring failures and propose improvements to eliminate them. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance. Analyze equipment failures for repair. Ensure work is conducted according to established procedures and parameters. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, etc. Languages: Basic to Intermediate Technical English **Desired Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- Proficiency in using computer equipment to generate reports. Ability to detect technical faults in equipment. Knowledge of root cause analysis. Ability to use mechanical tools. Advanced knowledge of electrical circuits.
