




**Position Objective:** Ensure the proper management and timely update of product selling prices in the My Business POS system, maintaining smooth and effective communication with CEDIS, branches, suppliers, and the data analysis department. Contributes to operational efficiency by supervising key administrative processes related to pricing, purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, and sales reporting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Update selling prices in the My Business POS system based on supplier notices. * Verify and record product presentations (bundles, boxes, packages, units, barcodes). * Control and analyze raw material purchases and select grocery suppliers. * Review and analyze cash register closures and branch transfers. * Manage petty cash (coin change fund) for all branches. * Administer accounts receivable and payable for CEDIS and Head Office. * Prepare sales reports and graphs by branch. * Control and store supplier payment records. * Register and follow up with new suppliers. * Review and confirm inter-branch transfers. * Manage and track supplier payments. **Required Education (Suggestion):** * **Minimum education:** Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Preferred education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related areas. **Required Experience:** * **Minimum:** 2 years in a similar administrative position. * **Desirable:** Prior experience in retail, price management, purchasing, or branch administration. * Experience using ERP systems or point-of-sale systems (preferably My Business POS). **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, charts). * Proficiency with administrative and point-of-sale software. * Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management. * Data analysis for decision-making. * Supplier management and document control. * Pivot tables. **Competencies and Soft Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective verbal and written communication. * Interdepartmental teamwork. * Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems. * Professional confidentiality and ethics.
