Job Summary: We are seeking a Satellite Tracking Monitor with experience in vehicle monitoring, incident tracking, and customer communication regarding vehicle status. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in monitoring vehicles on national highways 2. Proficiency in the MOTUM platform and security protocols 3. Constant communication with customers regarding vehicle status We require: SATELLITE TRACKING MONITOR ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in monitoring on national highways or in similar positions. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Preferably experience in heavy cargo transportation. * Preferably a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technology fields. ***KNOWLEDGE:*** * Proficiency in the MOTUM platform and adherence to security protocols. * Knowledge of national routes and waybills. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Monitoring vehicle status. * Direct interaction with drivers and the traffic department. * Tracking incidents involving vehicles en route. * Constant communication with customers regarding vehicle status. Preference for candidates residing in the Venta Parada, Veracruz area, or those without difficulty commuting.
