We seek to integrate into our team a **Quality Management System Assistant**, with operational quality experience and a **short-to-medium-term vision to participate in audit preparations** and strengthen the system under **ISO 9001**. The position requires **technical judgment**, presence on the production floor, and the ability to provide real-time process follow-up—from documentation to proper operational management. Functions and Responsibilities **Quality Control** * Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. * Verify compliance with dimensions and specifications. * Identify and control non-conforming products. **Quality Management System** * Support implementation of **ISO 9001** requirements. * Prepare and maintain quality system records. * Generate non-conformance reports and quality alerts. * Follow up on re-inspections and rework activities. **Communication and Operational Support** * Provide feedback to production regarding released or rejected materials. * Coordinate information with warehouse, suppliers, and management. * Report detected deviations or irregularities. Job Requirements **Education** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field (mandatory). **Experience** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in quality control, process inspection, or quality management systems within a manufacturing environment. **Technical Knowledge** * Practical knowledge of the **ISO 9001 Standard** *(process approach, document control, non-conformities)*. * Experience in **implementing or monitoring a Quality Management System**. *(Desirable)* * Inspection of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. * Proficiency in using basic measurement tools. * Preparation and maintenance of quality records. * Proficiency in **Excel and Word**. **Skills** * Analytical thinking and technical judgment. * Organization and process follow-up capability. * Effective communication on the production floor. * Accountability and compliance orientation. * Interest in career growth toward **auditing and quality management**.
