Job Description: We are seeking a **Field Technical Support** professional to provide direct user assistance, resolve hardware and software incidents, and ensure the proper operation of company equipment and systems. \- Responsibilities * Provide on-site technical support to end users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network failures. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals. * Support operating systems (Windows / macOS, as applicable). * Handle and follow up on support tickets. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Document incidents and applied solutions. \- Requirements * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support. * Basic knowledge of networking (cabling, IP). * Proficiency with support tools. * Willingness to travel. * Strong service orientation and communication skills with users. * Basic Excel knowledge. \- Desired Skills * Problem-solving ability * Ability to work under pressure * Organization and follow-up skills * Friendly interaction with users * Teamwork \- We Offer * Fixed monthly salary of 12,000 pesos, tax-free \+ Travel allowances. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training.
