Join a team committed to student development. At **Nado Club**, we are looking for a **Swimming Instructor** committed to teaching and water safety. You will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to students of various ages and skill levels, promoting a positive, safe, and technically and recreationally oriented learning environment. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct group or individual swimming lessons for infants, children, teenagers, and adults. * Design and implement lesson plans appropriate to the group’s level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced). * Supervise students both in and out of the water, ensuring their safety at all times. * Assess each student’s progress and provide ongoing feedback. * Foster confidence and respect for the aquatic environment. * Adhere to internal club protocols and regulations. * Maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward students and parents. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a swimming instructor. * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in physical activity, sports, or related fields. * Valid certification in swimming instruction and/or aquatic rescue. * Knowledge of all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). * Certification in CPR and first aid (preferred). * Proactive, responsible attitude with strong communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts or weekends, as required. **We Offer:** * **Hourly pay**. * Employment arrangement **assimilated to salary-based employment**. * A pleasant working environment. * An opportunity to join a team committed to its students’ development. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Academic background in Physical Education, Sports, or related fields. * Experience working with children or inclusive groups. * Prior experience in sports clubs or swimming schools. **Do you want to join Nado Club?** Send your updated CV and certifications to: **rh@nado.mx** Subject: *Swimming Instructor Vacancy* Position Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $50\.00 \- $80\.00 per hour Expected Hours: 15 per week Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
