Ready to embrace the enriching challenge of working with diverse cultures and backgrounds? **Your mission is the future of us all,** ***join us!*** **\#WorkingAtLesaffre \#Wearehiring \#Jointhemission** **Job Description** * Optimize workshop technical performance (output, stability, energy/resource efficiency) * Analyze process data to reduce process variability, lower costs, and increase productivity and quality * Identify, execute, and monitor continuous improvement projects for yeast manufacturing processes * Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or processes jointly with the workshop manager * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards * Provide technical support to assist workshop managers’ decision-making * Standardize and update operational procedures **Requirements** * **Education:** Food Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, or related field * **Minimum required experience: 2 years** in the food industry.
