Ready to embrace the enriching challenge of working with diverse cultures and backgrounds? **Your mission is the future of us all,** ***join us!*** **\#WorkingAtLesaffre \#Wearehiring \#Jointhemission** **Job Description** * Technical knowledge of systems and equipment used in continuous-process food production plants. * Maintenance management and planning. * Data analysis, creation and tracking of action plans. * Knowledge of food industry regulations and standards. * Budgeting and cost-control skills, including managing assigned budgets, prioritizing required activities and spare parts to stay within allocated funding. * Knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance strategies. * Corrective maintenance (failure analysis), technical shutdown activities, to ensure process continuity. * Familiarity with Lean Management tools. * Programming skills and proficiency in maintenance software. * Desired knowledge of Industry 4.0. * Interest in emerging technologies and cost reduction. **Requirements** * **Key Competencies for the Role:** Leadership and Team Management, Effective Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Results-Oriented with KPI Management. * **Education:** Completed degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Languages:** Advanced English. * **Experience:** **Minimum Required: 5 years in food production plants.** * **Skills:** Teamwork equipment handling, budget management and control, resource management, SAP proficiency, advanced Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements
