Position Summary: Agronomy professional with experience in intensive crops, responsible for designing and supervising food safety, nutrition, irrigation, and pest control programs, as well as personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Design and monitoring of key agricultural programs 2. On-site problem solving and personnel management 3. Leadership in intensive crop management Responsibilities: * Design and monitoring of food safety, planting, plant nutrition, irrigation, pest and disease control programs. * Preparation of field logs and records for field data analysis. * Action plans for pest and disease outbreaks. * Field diagnosis and resolution of problems. Technical Skills: * Microsoft Office Suite \- Intermediate. * Irrigation systems and plant nutrition. * Knowledge of pests and diseases. * Personnel and agricultural machinery management. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in intensive crop production. * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field. * Willingness to relocate.
