Support in various accounting tasks **CONSORCIO MERLGROV** **Is seeking *** ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT *** **Minimum and desirable qualifications required to fill this position:** Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with title/professional license (Mandatory) Experience: General accounting, 2 years (Desirable) Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting Familiarity with major software tools and programs Strong teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure **Functions and Responsibilities (Scope of the Position)** - Record and process journal entries - SAT reports - Knowledge of and ability to navigate the SAT portal - Filing and control of tax and accounting documents - Daily control of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and checks - Updating of databases - Preparation of balance sheets - Balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements - Prepare and submit weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports - Support in other accounting tasks - Microsoft Office Suite - COI - CONPAC **We Offer:** Statutory benefits.
