Job Summary: We are seeking a transportation monitor with experience in GPS monitoring, customer service, and trip management to ensure on-time deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. GPS monitoring experience and direct contact with drivers/customers 2. Management of trip status and timely delivery verification 3. Customer service and verbal communication skills Responsibilities: * GPS monitoring – direct contact with drivers and customers * Tracking trip or delivery status * Verification of timely and proper dispatch (scheduled appointments are used) * Contact via telephone or WhatsApp * Monitors with minimum 6 months’ experience in transportation monitoring Requirements: * Experience in freight transportation industry * Customer service skills * GPS monitoring skills * Completed high school diploma or incomplete/finalized bachelor’s degree * Verbal communication skills Working Hours: * Availability for rotating mixed shifts (day and night) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Transportation management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
