Customer service and problem resolution **Job Objective** Deliver cargo to customers and branches efficiently, securely, and punctually, ensuring proper product handling, maintenance of the assigned vehicle, and delivering courteous and professional service. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver cargo to customers and branches. * Safely load and unload materials. * Verify that cargo matches invoices or delivery notes. * Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition. * Check basic vehicle levels (oil, water, fuel, and tires). * Assist with merchandise arrangement and replenishment when required. **Basic Knowledge** * Handling of light or heavy cargo vehicles. * Basic knowledge of local and external routes. * Use of GPS or location-based applications. * Loading and unloading of materials. * Basic knowledge of delivery documentation. * Traffic regulations. * Basic preventive maintenance. Job Requirements * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Valid driver's license, Class "B" or as required by the company. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery driver. * Flexible working hours. * Good physical condition. Skills * Safe vehicle operation. * Customer service. * Ability to work under pressure. * Route planning. * Basic problem resolution during deliveries.
