Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the field collections department, focused on client negotiation and generating payment commitments. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training FINANCIERA INDEPENDENCIA IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Field collections * Client negotiation * Generating and tracking payment commitments Requirements: * Completed high school education (desirable). * Must own a motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in early or charged-off delinquent account recovery (desirable but not mandatory). * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $25,000 We Offer: * Biweekly base salary * Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 for the first 6 months (in addition to commissions). * Monthly training bonus of $1,200 (for the first 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 is conditional upon performance). * Weekly gasoline allowance * IMSS (100% contribution from day one).
