Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the field collection area with skills in negotiation and payment promise generation. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training FINANCIERA INDEPENDENCIA IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Field collection * Customer negotiation * Payment promise generation and follow-up Requirements: * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Own motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in early-stage or charged-off account recovery (preferred but not mandatory). * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $25,000 MXN We Offer: * Biweekly base salary * Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 MXN for the first 6 months (in addition to commissions). * Monthly training bonus of $1,200 MXN (for the first 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (details provided during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 MXN is contingent upon performance). * Weekly gasoline allowance * IMSS (100% contribution from day one).
