Job Summary: Advise customers on products and brands, close sales, and follow up throughout the process, delivering professional service while supporting various branch operations. Key Highlights: 1. Professional customer and supplier service. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Advise customers on products and brands to close sales. * Follow up on the sales process until final delivery. * Support product displays and organization of floor and tile materials. * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned area while wearing the designated uniform. * Provide professional service and treatment to customers and suppliers. * Track orders, handle after-sales support, and assist across various branch departments. ### **We Offer:** * **Base salary:** $2,000 weekly. * **Bi-weekly commissions:** additional $3,000 to $6,000. * **Statutory benefits** (health insurance after training completion, vacation, year-end bonus). * **Free and continuous training.** * Complimentary uniforms (periodic renewal). * One-and-a-half-hour lunch break. * Growth opportunity. * Excellent working environment. ### **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Sundays off.** ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service. * **Skills:** Strong verbal communication, negotiation, customer orientation, stress tolerance, positive attitude. * **Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.** ### **Key Skills:** * Customer orientation * Effective communication * Negotiation and persuasion * Empathy and positive attitude * Problem solving * Teamwork * Adaptability * Stress tolerance
