A leading 100% Poblana company dedicated to the sale and distribution of home goods: tableware, kitchenware, and gifts; with presence in the states of Puebla, Tlaxcala, Morelos, Hidalgo, Veracruz, Chiapas, Tabasco, and Oaxaca. **We require:** Branch Manager with Auditing Experience. **Work location:** Av. 2 1325 Col, Centro, 94500 Córdoba, Ver. **Job objective:** Ensure proper branch operations through process monitoring, KPI supervision, identification of improvement opportunities, and support in operational and managerial coverage, thereby ensuring compliance with standards, business objectives, and an appropriate customer service experience. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising supermarkets or retail stores (Management or Auditing). * Experience managing and/or supervising operational staff. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, smartphones, quality management, Excel, and Google Workspace. * Ability to verify compliance with branch-level policies and operational procedures. * Knowledge of quality management processes. * Retail sales experience. **Skills/Knowledge:** * Data analysis and evaluation. * Leadership of operational staff. * Effective collection and reporting of information. * Analytical thinking. * Results-oriented mindset. * Decision-making ability. * Planning skills. * Focus on quality and execution. **Main responsibilities:** * Fulfillment of branch visit duties. * Coverage of branch manager or assistant manager absences due to leave, vacations, or illness. * Accurate completion of the commercial checklist. * Immediate reporting of branch visit results via tools and applications. * Improved inventory control. * Improved inventory control. * Enhanced branch execution. * Compliance with operational and administrative policies and procedures applicable to branches. * Supervision of branch order and cleanliness. **We offer:** * Biweekly base salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers (15% of salary). * Savings fund. * Work tools. * In-store and additional benefits. **Working schedule: Monday to Saturday.
