Identify discrepancies, surpluses, or shortages and propose corrective actions to ensure traceability and reduce losses. * Conduct inventory audits, SAP vs. physical reconciliations, and generate reports. * Manage and coordinate physical inventories (cycle counts, full counts, and sampling). * Record and track movements in SAP (transfers, * returns, finished goods and raw material issues). * Identify incidents (surpluses, shortages, shrinkage) and propose corrective actions. * Prepare inventory reports in Excel (pivot tables, filters, data validation). * Implement improvements in inventory control processes and systems. * Comply with security policies, document control, and audit procedures. * Collaborate with Warehouse and Administration in inventory planning and execution. **Requirements** Technical Knowledge: * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, filters, data validation). * Inventory counting and auditing methods. * SAP Business One – desirable. **Parque Kalos \- Av.
