In our retail operation, we are looking for a **Human Resources Data Analyst** who will drive operational efficiency through analysis, automation, and control of key information. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Ensure the generation, analysis, and automation of Human Resources information, guaranteeing incident control (hires and terminations), correct integration into payroll pre-processing, and strategic support for decision-making. **2️⃣ Key Responsibilities** **Report Generation and Management** * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on our application: * Attendance * Absenteeism * Incidents * Productivity Prepare reports targeted at: * Operations * Supervisors * Payroll * Management * **️ Automation and Optimization** * Create work templates (layout, template). * Generate and automate reports for issuing: * Staff incidents (absenteeism, disabilities, etc.) * Store access letters * Credentials * Optimize processing and information delivery times. **Operational Integration – Payroll Pre-processing** * Translate operational data into structured information for payroll pre-processing. * Ensure accurate data reconciliation for executives and the payroll department. * Minimize administrative errors affecting payments. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ Bachelor’s degree (in progress, completed, or certified) in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis. * Results-oriented. * Executive communication skills. * Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query; macros desirable). * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Experience in call centers, MIS, or related areas. Salary: $13,000 to $16,000 plus statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. **Work Location:** Tenayuca 152, Letran Valle, Benito Juárez, 03650 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico. A few blocks from Metro División del Norte (Metro Line 3) or Parque de los Venados (Metro Line 12).
