Administration of construction solutions and review of drawings. **PROHIRING is seeking a Lead Hotel Architect in Coyoacán, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Consulting firm **PROHIRING** is seeking a **LEAD ARCHITECT** for hotel projects, on a full-time, on-site basis, indefinite duration, in Coyoacán, CDMX. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed Architect or Architectural Engineer (with professional license). * 6+ years of experience as project leader in executive projects ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 m2, for hotels, large-scale tourism, or mixed-use developments. * 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD 2D, Corel, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit Architecture, Navisworks, and Project. * Conversational English required. * Passport and visa desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Project development jointly with client and consultants. * Meeting coordination and follow-up on minutes. * Administration and direction of construction solutions for specific details—architectural, finishes, masonry, carpentry, etc. * Drawing review to supplement with client-specific specifications and operator design standards. * Development of presentation sheets and material schedules. * Field surveys and documentation of design information. * Development and preparation of documents (concept catalogs, material lists, descriptive reports, etc.). * Coordination of MEP and structural projects, façade design, and finishes. * Project tracking via the Revit platform. **OFFERED:** * Negotiable monthly salary of $40,000.00 to $45,000.00, tax-free. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM (lunch break from 2:00 PM–3:30 PM); Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM.
