**General Profile** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment and selection, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. * Availability: Flexible schedule and willingness to travel occasionally to operational units. **Technical Knowledge** * Operational and administrative recruitment (kitchen, service, maintenance, administrative, managerial positions). * Management of recruitment sources: social media, job portals, job fairs, referrals, school partnerships, etc. * Proficiency in competency-based interviews and administration of psychometric tests. * Basic knowledge of IMSS, payroll, and employment contracts (to coordinate onboarding with administration or HR). * Intermediate level in Excel, Word, and candidate management systems (ATS). **Soft Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Ability to analyze profiles and identify talent. * Service and results orientation. * Organization and process follow-up. * Teamwork with unit managers and corporate departments. * Empathy and adaptability to the fast-paced restaurant environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Posting job openings and managing candidate databases. * Coordinating interviews and screening with unit managers. * Preparing reports on filled positions and turnover rates. * Assisting in onboarding and integration processes for new hires. * Participating in employer branding and retention strategies. **Desirable (not essential)** * Knowledge in initial training or onboarding. * Experience in high-volume hiring processes. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Experience with recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, turnover, source effectiveness).
