




SPORT LLANTAS is seeking a responsible, organized **Administrative Assistant** with skills in handling information and administrative processes, providing support in areas of **data entry, invoicing, and cost control**, contributing to the smooth operation of the administrative department and the achievement of company objectives. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform data entry into internal systems and spreadsheets (Excel). * Create, review, and record electronic invoices. * Assist in monitoring and recording product or service costs. * Maintain updated administrative reports. * File physical and digital documentation according to established procedures. * Provide support in administrative tasks. * Handle calls, emails, and internal requests related to the department. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar position. * Knowledge: Proficiency in administrative tasks. * Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (intermediate Excel required). * Experience using **SAE**. * Cost control experience. * Skills: Organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development. * Positive work environment.
