Cook — Boston's Prime Center Mérida LOCATION Prime Center, northern zone, Mérida, Yucatán. SALARY $10,000 MXN net per month. \*JOB DESCRIPTION\* We are opening Boston's Prime Center in Mérida and seeking cooks eager to join this opening from day one. If you have experience in high-volume kitchens — such as restaurant chains, hotels, resorts, or industrial cafeterias — and seek a workplace offering stability, real benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a group operating five active brands, this is your opportunity. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and plate dishes according to Boston's Pizza recipes and quality standards. Maintain your workstation clean, organized, and fully prepped (mise en place) before and during service. Monitor portion sizes, temperatures, and preparation times to ensure product consistency across all shifts. Proactively communicate to the team any situation affecting dish delivery times or quality. Support other kitchen stations as operational needs require. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times. WHAT WE SEEK Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant chain, hotel, resort, or high-volume cafeteria kitchens. We do not seek candidates with only fondas or low-volume kitchen experience — Boston's operations involve intense service rhythms, and we require individuals already familiar with such pace. Ability to work under pressure without compromising product quality. Team-oriented attitude: in this kitchen, everyone supports each other, covers for one another, and succeeds together. Availability for rotating shifts. Fixed shifts are not offered. Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
