RESPONSIBILITIES: * Install, configure, and maintain precision equipment such as precision air conditioning systems, electrical installations, hydraulic systems, and provide support to the UPS service area when required. * Identify and resolve technical issues in equipment using appropriate tools and techniques. * Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure proper operation and accuracy of equipment. * Provide technical advice and support to customers, promptly responding to inquiries and efficiently resolving issues. * Maintain accurate records of all activities performed, including repairs carried out and solutions implemented.
