Due to growth, we are seeking a “Junior Process Engineer” for our Ceramics Plant in Mérida. The recruitment process is fully in-person. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or Physics. (Mandatory; degree must be obtained or in final thesis stage.) • Recent graduate with at least 6 months of professional internship experience. • Interest in developing within the manufacturing field. • Proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables. • Intermediate English language skills (reading and writing) • Availability to rotate across three shifts. COMPETENCIES: • Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems. • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem resolution. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze production department data to identify issues in the manufacturing process and propose solutions. • Develop continuous improvement projects, resolve problems, and achieve cost savings in manufacturing processes. • Translate technical specifications for manufacturing processes.
