Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to coordinate and oversee security services, ensuring proper performance of operational staff. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented Night Operations Supervisor to coordinate and supervise assigned security services within the city of Mérida. The position will primarily focus on nighttime supervision of Bepensa services and two additional services, ensuring proper performance of operational staff and compliance with company and client guidelines. Functions and Responsibilities: Nighttime supervision of security services at various locations in Mérida (without leaving the city perimeter). Verify proper coverage and operation of assigned services. Train, guide, and provide continuous follow-up to security guards. Respond to operational incidents and provide immediate on-site resolution. Conduct supervision rounds and submit operational reports. Maintain constant communication with coordination teams and operational staff. Support improvement of staff performance and discipline. We Offer: Motorcycle provided by the company.
