




Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and monitor system operations, providing technical support and participating in the implementation of new systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in technical support, networking, and server administration. Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and virtualization tools. Knowledge of virtual machines. Skills: Coordinate, supervise, and monitor system operation and performance. Participate in the implementation of new systems, modifications, or functionalities. Provide technical support to end users. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and enterprise servers. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. MySQL database backup. Provide customer service with a professional and friendly approach. Experience with SoftRestaurant and Contpaq systems. Document incidents and solutions in knowledge bases.
