1\.\- Title: **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** 2\.\- Requirements: **Education:** Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field. **Training:** Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electricity, electronics, TPM, PLC and/or CNC programming. **Competencies:** Teamwork, proactive attitude, leadership, interpersonal skills, tracking and distribution of work orders, service and spare parts requirements. **Experience:** 3 years in a similar position. 3\.\- Objective: Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment, and verify implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for such machinery and equipment, meeting established objectives and complying with the quality management system and, specifically, the quality policy. 4\.\- Functions and Responsibilities: 1\- Coordinate and oversee execution of maintenance programs. 2\- Request materials, tools, and spare parts. 3\- Implement and monitor TPM. 4\- Problem analysis and resolution.
