IFLY is seeking an **Aeronautical Workshop Manager** with over 15 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and strategic vision. **Objective:** Lead, supervise, and optimize workshop maintenance operations, ensuring strict compliance with current aeronautical regulations, company quality standards, and maximum availability and safety of our aircraft fleet. **What profile are we looking for?:** Aeronautical Engineer, Aviation Mechanic, or related degree (degree certificate and professional license) Experience: Minimum 15 years of verifiable experience in aeronautical maintenance, including at least 5 years in supervisory, managerial, or workshop coordination roles.
