We value excellence, innovation, and teamwork, offering a work environment that promotes both professional and personal growth for our employees. **Job Objective:** To support payroll preparation, control, and processing, ensuring timely employee payments, proper incident administration, and efficient employee support while complying with current labor regulations. **Duties and Responsibilities:** \- Payroll preparation and processing. \- Generation of payment layouts. \- Employee vacation control. \- Management of requests to the Human Resources department. \- Preparation and calculation of final settlement payments (finiquitos). \- Employee support. \- Payroll clarifications. \- General documentation filing for the department. \- Recordkeeping and control of loan requests. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in companies within the construction industry. Knowledge of Siroc and Repse (preferred but not mandatory). Valid driver’s license with experience driving standard automobiles. **Technical Knowledge:** \- Payroll calculation. \- Federal Labor Law. \- IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR. \- SUA, IDSE. \- Intermediate Excel skills. \- Payroll systems. \- SAP and NOMIPAQ usage and knowledge. **We Offer:** \- Competitive salary. \- Job stability. \- Positive work environment. \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
